shipping policy

We try our very best to ship all orders on the day they are received.  However, orders received toward the end of the business day, after business hours or on a weekend will ship on the following business day.

You will be notified when your parcel has started it's journey to your door.

return & exchange policy for orders shipped within the United States

We want you to love your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

 

To request a return, please email your order number and reason for return to info@hsmercantile.com and we will email you a return shipping label. 

​

To be eligible for return, all merchandise must be in the same unused condition that you received it in.  Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted for return.  Shoes must be in original, unworn condition and returned in their original box.

Please pack your return carefully and ship within 7 days of receiving the return label.  

​

Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Once your return is received and approved, we will apply a credit, to your original method of payment and notify you by email.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Please note that the cost of return shipping and the original credit card processing fees will be deducted from your refund.  There is no charge to exchange an item.
